The Professor’s corner

In a world blighted by too much information, where every runner and there dog is an expert with an opinion and where the majority of people still think ‘Run forest run’ is a witty response to a runner going past – Who can you turn to for trustworthy, no nonsense answers and advice? Look no further! Introducing the highly respectable running recluse – Professor Moriarty.

The Professor in his thinking box

The Professor in his thinking box

The Prof is an expert at road running (car dodging), trail running (too many mice can testify to this) and relay racing (the dog has never quite caught him up yet though).  He also knows more than any group of humans put together about taking proper rest days. The Prof has kindly offered to answer your running questions and anything else for that matter.

You can send us your questions through the blog, Facebook, Twitter or email them to me at publicity@sandhurstjoggers.org and The Prof promises to give you an answer – of sorts.  He might also copy and respond to questions left on the Facebook page, just to give you something to think about next time you go to post there.

So if you’ve got a problem with running, life or the universe send it to us and The Prof will get right on it…

  3. I’d say you’d have to catch him Kerstin but as he is always asleep this is not actually very hard.
